Within each of us is designed a wonderful system of checks and balances that help to keep our auric field and physical body in perfect running order. A sort of balancing system holding our personal pattern of wholeness. If our energy body or physical body has anything out of balance, it automatically will seek to regain balance. In the case of the stones ... a steady hand, easy breath, patience and a smile help the process.
