The scars of so many years gives this home amazing character! The red geraniums are a real softening element and contrast to the crumbling architecture!! Beautifully captured, Lainie!!! F&V!

A wonderful image, Lainie! Such interesting shapes and textures, the shadows of the window grill and those little pops of red geraniums in the window! Fantastic! v/f

Lainie you always find the most beautiful things to photograph. The light and textures in this image are absolutely wonderful. I look at this and wonder about the history this place has witnessed. - v/f
Lainie Wrightson replied:
Bob, I so appreciate your comments ... you always have such thoughtful words ... thank you. Like you I wonder about places like this and the history it has been witness to. Across the street is the ancient village Chateau ... so I'm sure there was a lot going on on this rue:)
